Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different color or size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items—preferably in the original eco-friendly packaging—to reduce waste.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
